I ordered the Happy Birthday Gift Set from Hops Collective USA, and the experience was mostly great. The gift set had a fantastic selection of craft beers and snacks, and I was able to add it to my basket easily. The website is user-friendly, and the checkout process was smooth. The order arrived on time, but one of the snacks was slightly crushed during shipping. Customer service was responsive and offered a solution, but it would have been nice if the packaging was a bit more secure.
