Installed a new conservatory roof for my dad in 2022. Leaked in 2023, they came and resealed it, didn't solve the leak. Found out they used band flashing not lead flashing (as they were cutting costs), so ultimately it was never installed correctly. Still leaking now Horizon windows are NOT responding. Beware they are cowboys and nothing but problems.
