“Installed a new conservatory roof for my dad in 2022. Leaked in 2023, they came and resealed it, didn't solve the leak. Found out they used band flashing not lead flashing (as they were cutting costs), so ultimately it was never installed correctly. Still leaking now Horizon windows are NOT responding. Beware they are cowboys and nothing but problems.”

they have been brilliant. they phoned to say they were in the Pembroke area and could a rep call. Tom went through his spiel telling me about there recycling of the old windows and showed me a sample of there new windows, my old windows were 30 years old and shot most of them so I needed 10 windows and 2 doors.
Next the surveyor David came to measure up he went through every window an door before I was satisfied. Few weeks later they arranged a three day slot for fitting, They even worked around our holiday. Michal the window fitter arrived on time to start the Job, all the windows look great he really finished them off well last of all he did the doors front door being last of all. They really are a good company with excellent windows and doors which I would recommend to anyone.”
