I ordered a pair of tall boots. The communication regarding shipping/tracking was not adequate at all. When the boots finally arrived the shipping box was very damaged. The inner box the boots were in was just tossed in a bigger box with no cushioning whatsoever. It’s a miracle they arrived at all!
Unfortunately the boots did not fit me so I had to return them at my expense. They arrived at the returns center on January 13th and I am STILL waiting for my bank account to be credited with my money!
Will NEVER order from them again!
