“I thought I was ordering a standard size “stick and string” for training my horse. It arrived super long stick and VERY heavy. Sending it back would cost more than the refund. I am average size and fit from working on our farm — too heavy to use!”

“Beware! I ordered Rabbit Scram. It was never received. With no follow up I emailed them. They replied it was not available. BUT now they have the product on their web site at a MUCH higher price!!! They goofed and failed to honor their price. Honesty is the best policy. They are not.”

“I ordered a pair of tall boots. The communication regarding shipping/tracking was not adequate at all. When the boots finally arrived the shipping box was very damaged. The inner box the boots were in was just tossed in a bigger box with no cushioning whatsoever. It’s a miracle they arrived at all! Unfortunately the boots did not fit me so I had to return them at my expense. They arrived at the returns center on January 13th and I am STILL waiting for my bank account to be credited with my money! Will NEVER order from them again!”

“Worst and slowest service I have ever experienced! My daughter's riding vest fell apart. After 4 months of emailing and calling back and forth, the service dept. had me send the vest back. Then after asking numerous times, they told me I was getting a refund, which did not show up for almost a month”

“TWENTY DAYS LATER, and my item hasn't even SHIPPED yet! I am just really disappointed. Very ridiculous to have to wait so long! Will NOT order from again!”

“well, the very cute western shirt is supposed to be an XL. Not sure what country that would be that size but in this country it is more like medium/lg. It is lovely but I cant wear it.”

“Needed to make an exchange, it is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone, chat, email. Message promised a quick call back that never happens, e-mail response is scripted and did not answer my questions at all.”
