We used Hortons to sell our home and from start to finish we were so impressed with the level of service provided by Zoe. She was professional, organised, honest and personable and immediately made us feel at ease during a stressful time. She set up a WhatsApp with us which was so helpful to keep the communication going and ensured everything ran as smoothly, quickly and efficiently as possible. Unlike traditional estate agents, Zoe was available beyond the usual 9-5 which made resolving queries a lot quicker and certainly helped to put our minds at ease. It’s also worth mentioning that the photography and videos Hortons took of our property were beautiful and really showed the house in its best light. Overall we could not recommend Hortons more!
