Initially we met with other chains and agents who talked the talk and gave us a very generous guide sale price for our home. We learnt quickly that this was very wrong, because it would allow our house to go stale on the market - especially at such a volatile time with mortgage rates and people buying & selling homes. When we met Mark, he was just himself - happy, positive and calm. He was so knowledgeable about our area and the houses he had sold close by, that we instantly felt he was the right estate agent for us.
