Mark went above and beyond throughout every aspect of our journey and was always on hand to help with any questions we had, and he took the time to listen and advise on all our (sometimes lengthy) phone calls. Mark is honest, transparent, trustworthy, and friendly. Our journey from sale to completion was a long one, but Mark did everything that he could to see us through, including spending a vast amount of time liaising with solicitors and other agents in the chain to ensure things went as smoothly as possible.
