I called the agency twice regarding a flat, and both times I was told that someone would call me back. The first time, I was asked a lot of questions and spent quite a bit of my time, but no one ever got back to me.
I’m really disappointed with this experience and the lack of follow-up. I was genuinely interested in the property, but the communication was very poor.
