We dealt with Gianfranco to sell our house. We were not in the UK for most of the time but Gianfranco was brilliant. He was well organised, open and honest with us. He handled viewings, potential buyers and slow solicitors with aplomb. If the buyer’s solicitor had been decent we’d have sold the house within 3 months, as it was it took 5. I honestly can’t recommend Gianfranco highly enough.
