Emma Gough was very professional but with a personal touch, she kept us informed every step of the way and gave us advice when needed. As first time buyers we didn't know what to expect and Emma really put us at ease and was very approachable and easy to liaise with. Emma was so friendly and professional from the viewing right up to completion and was at the other end of the phone throughout, couldn't thank her enough!
