I don't normally do reviews although I always check what others are saying especially regarding services. This time I felt I had to give a very loud shout out for Emma from Hortons. She is a star, she was recommended to me by a friend of my daughters. From start to very trumatic finish Emma was professional, empathetic & extremely understanding. I have been going through one of the worse times of my life. while given no alternative than to sell my elderly fathers property, Emma kept me regularly informed, immediately responded to my calls messages & questions of which there were quite a few, giving me feed back & support when needed. Emma also recommended the solicitor Carol from Evans Derry at Marston Green who also turned out to be a god send. Just one last thing, Emma choose the buyer out of many potential buyers using her own gut feeling & experience, who also turned out to be perfect for what was a very emotional sale.
