Emma was excellent from start to finish, she was great at communicating with us and constantly kept us updated and informed of the progress of the sale throughout. She was contactable whenever we needed to speak to her and very professional throughout. For us just the simple things like creating a WhatsApp chat between us was brilliant as we all have busy lives, so to be able to leave a voice note or messages rather than more the traditional method of calling an office and hoping/ waiting for somebody to return your call. So for what is a highly stressful time, Emma made it as smooth running as possible throughout for us. If you are looking to sell your house, I would highly recommend Emma.
