After being on the market with a previous agent with barely any reviews, I decided to use Charlotte potion at Hortons as she had recently sold one very quickly on the same road. Charlotte within 1 week had me approx 10 plus viewings and numerous offers! I think this was due to great photos and actually responding to enquiries quickly which not many agents do.
