I had a very good experience with your company. I needed help in selecting my items and placing my order. Chris was very knowledgable, patient, and supportive in helping me get my items selected and helping get my order placed. Being a senior I am not very computer oriented and Chris was there to help me all the way thru getting what ai needed. Very unusual in this day and age to get someone patient and willing to help!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received my order quickly and the items looked to be of good quality. I haven’t been able to work on my machines yet due to the weather but expect to do so shortly. Please tell Chris that I appreciate his patience and help with my order.
