As usual with Hoselink’s quality products the service and back up are first rate.
The flow control lever on our hose reel hose broke after five years and I thought I would need a complete new end fitting.
A call to customer service which was extremely well handled, gave me brilliant news that the lever was available as a spare part and shipped in super quick time.
