“We purchased the hose repair kit which is awesome. We also purchased the Modern Metal Solar Path lights,which were good for the first 2 days and shone all night, then they went a lot dimmer and only shine until about 1am. Dissapointed in them as we thought they would be a quality light coming from Hoselink. We were looking to purchase another couple of packs but have decided we would try another brand instead. Obviously their hose fittings etc are great but we feel let down by the lights.”

“Impressed with the quality of the hose but disappointingly had leaks at each end. Contacted the company and was met with excellent customer service. They sent out replacement connectors which fixed the problem.”

“I had trouble with a hose nozzle on my original apparatus with no hesitation Hoselink offered a replacement. I received the replacement in 5 days thanks to the efficiency and well run post system. When the replacement arrived it didn’t have the connection part, which I no longer had. I told Hoselink what happened and the delightful staff understandably said no problem we’ll replace it. This I found to be a thoughtful and professional organisation, one that socially support them. I’m grateful to Hoselink and will continue giving them my praise. Hoselink is not in the business just for money but are a genuine and caring company. Cheers Tom”

“Maybe my fault but I was thinking the watering wand would click into a hose fitting but it appears to need a permanent hose connection - is there any way around this?”
