“We purchased a Hoselink retractable hose kit 8 years ago and I loved it. Unfortunately, we had to leave it behind when we sold our home but we just purchased a new one for our current home. They are sturdy and easy to install and use but the best parts are the connectors which make disconnecting and reconnecting easy with no leaks.”

“Out of just a few orders, we've spent hundreds of dollars with this company, I'd have to admit, I've had to get a lot of things replaced! From the very first order! I'm not sure if I would recommend this company as the quality isn't the best for the price tag....Very tiring when you have to continuously chase faulty products up for replacement, the customer support however, has been good and prompt. This is why I didn't give a 1 star.”

“I am very happy with the new reel as the old reel would only partly retract after being cleaned out from being totally submerged and filled with silt from flooding in our area.The connection on the new reel from the hose to the handpiece (Trigger)is not good. If the hose or handpiece is pulled sideways water squirts out of the connection.”
