“Recently, I bought a WaterWise starter set to replace the adjustable watering attachment as UV damage over the years had caused various bits to break off. Ordering etc was very easy. But I knew that attaching the "shower" head would be more challenging. I was VERY thankful for the video. The fact that the demo pieces on the video are green and yellow and mine were grey made it more difficult to work out whether or not I had it right, but I eventually figured out which bits to use. After draining the hose well, I dragged it into the dining room to do the deed! That way I could keep looking at the video on the laptop (that was essential) and the kitchen bench was also a solid surface to work on. Much to my satisfaction, I managed to attach it successfully. Now that I am having to deal with many things like this that my late husband always did, it gave me a great deal of satisfaction to do this "all by my own self!" I'm not sure how practical this would be, but if the pieces were numbered or marked A, B,C etc, the task would have been significantly easier and quicker. That said, it's a great product and I have always been grateful that Peter was prepared to buy the retractable hose and set it up. Alison M”

“I have used hose link for many many years. The products from retractable hoses to solar lights and more, are high quality and exactly as described. Service and communication is 100%. More than once (and only very recently) a piece broke for unknown reasons, on emailing customer service they immediately dispatched a new piece no questions asked. It’s really refreshing to have that. Will always recommend the products because of the quality and the service”
