“With very little use so far; the 2 retractable hoses we purchased and mounted retract very well. One hasn’t been used at all yet, so we hope that they will all perform very well. However we are extremely disappointed with the attachment (shower wands) that we purchased with the retractable hoses in order to water the gardens. The shower wands are very poorly designed. The black ring at the TOP of the wands we purchased, dislodged during their first use. They aren’t tightly fitted; and don’t sit in a groove, therefore it is difficult to get it back to where it belongs - but when you finally do, it slips off again and again. This shower head and ring is very badly constructed. Please DO NOT sell this product, because it compromises the quality of your products that you have worked so hard to gain, and the trust of your valued and loyal customers. Unfortunately we did NOT purchase any other attachments to use with our 3 retractable hoses; therefore we are left with nothing else to compare the shower head to, and have to put up with using the low quality dislodged ring shower heads. What a waste of money the shower head purchases have been. Unfortunately no other product on the market is compatible with the Hoselink attachments, so we are stuck with the useless shower heads! Very disappointed”

“We bought a hoselink 30m hose and reel and are so impressed with the quality of the hose, fittings and accessories. Everything is so easy to use and practical. The reel is light to move around yet doesn't tip at all when you pull out the hose, the spray attachment is excellent and rolling the hose back up is easy. We couldn't be happier with this product.”

“The hose reel we ordered is as good as the others we already have and it was delivered very promptly - but to the wrong address. When I ordered the hose reel I inadvertently used an address we had left a year ago. I immediately sent an email with our correct address and asked Hoselink to confirm they had received it. No response at all so next morning I rang. The person I spoke to ummed and aahed but in the end so don't worry, we will do something. I then watched the package merrily proceed across Australia. In the end we decided it would be easier to drive the 220 kms there and back and pick up the hose reel as who knows what would happen with the lack of communication there had been from Hoselink. The email I sent has never been acknowledged.”
