“Hi, I have had my Hoselink reel for about 6 years now, it has been terrific up until recently. Recently the hose has been “kinking”. Yesterday I noticed the outer layer of the hose starting to crack near the end of the hose.”

“Great products. The 15m soaker hose gives great coverage and is sturdier than other brands. The 30m hose is kink free and it's easy to change the accessories.”

“I made contact with Hoselink support staff online and via email, with the hope of finding a spare part for my old retractable hose reel. Support staff was super helpfull, although my hose reel was well past its waranty period, they did not only help me with the part I needed, but shipped it free of charge. Absolutely awesome service, that matches their awesome product. I currently have 3 retractable hoselink reels. They are possibly the best purchases I have ever made and comes highly recommended.”

“I live the quality products that Hoselink produce. They provide a great warranty and have refurbished kits for some items. My only gripe is seeing a 10% off sale just 1 week after purchasing a new 30m reel. Annoying.”
