“I have just installed the Evolve 30 meter hose reel and it was easy to install using the instructions that came along. However after the hose reel is installed, I realised that it did not come with the click-on adapter which offers quick connect to a lot of devices such as my high pressure washer. It will be good if this important adapter be included in future orders or a reminder to add this adapter will be great. Now I want to get this adapter but I can only order from Hoselink and pay an additional shipping fee of $7.95 for an adapter that cost only $9.5.”

“Hose Link I have been using hose Link for a long time. I still have two of my hose links hoses from 20 years ago. Highly recommend hose link doesn’t need any access accessories online service to buy online is very easy. Very happy with Horsley.”

“I bought a retractable reel, fitting service and solar garden lights. Every interaction has been seamless and all the products are fabulous. We could not be happier. Very helpful guy came to fit the unit to the post. Lights have made a huge difference to our driveway and we wish we had got them years ago!”

“Absolutely stunning Hoselink Moderna solar wall lights! I'm thrilled, look absolutely fantastic, elegant design, un-like the cheap plastic solar wall lighting you see instores today... Not only do these have a rust-proof aluminium exterior, the design is top notch & waterproof. Have not yet to see them light up at dawn. May only last for about 6 hours in full sunlight.”

“I recently had an issue with the hose nozzle . Very kindly Hoselink replaced this - even though it was out of the guarantee period- with me just paying for postage. The very attentive lady on the phone was very helpful and sent ‘how to do’ instructions for me. Thank you Hoselink!”

“Having used Hoselink for years I was disappointed with our new purchase. We recently purchased a hose with grey fittings. We found the fittings leaked. This has not occurred in the past. By replacing the grey "o" rings with the black "o" rings the leakage was minimal. Perhaps there was a change in material or manufactoring!”
