“Great products and customer service. I ordered a solar wall light which in hindsight was too big for the job so exchanged for 4 small versions. The return process was seamless and the new lights do a fantastic job lighting up my back stairs. Highly recommend!”

“I recently needed a part to replace one that broke. And the after sales service was outstanding and replaced at no cost. I have 4 Hoselink reels and found them to be of great quality and highly recommend them.”

“While we have had a hoselink hose for many years like all things they eventually wear out. It was time to replace the hose. We purchased the new Evolve editition. While the overall product appears to be good we were disappointed that the bracket that was firmly attached to our wall for the previous hose will now need to be replaced as the fittings are different. This should be spelt out prior to purchase as it has become a major exercise with removal and replacement. Maybe the company could offer an attachment that works around this issue.”

“I am happy with the quality of the products and fittings. Secondary stop valves at the handset are handy, and fittings do not burst off or leak as claimed on a high pressure water line. Some minor mishaps with postage of items, but these were all handled efficiently with no disputes. Printable return labels were provided and support contact was friendly and efficient.”

“We are a long time supporter of Hoselink at home and caravn as are three of our friends. Now in a Retirement village we do not have the ongoing requirements. Hoselink fittings are the best and have taken a hoselink hose reel to the retirement village with us. Totally recommend.”

“Great products and great people to deal with on the phone. No phone menus to struggle with, no overseas callcentres involved, no language difficulties. Good for elderly people like myself. They are always courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about even the smallest products, which makes it easy to discuss after-sales service or order replacement parts. Rating for this firm should not be 5 out of 5, but 10 out of 10!”
