The hose reel we ordered is as good as the others we already have and it was delivered very promptly - but to the wrong address. When I ordered the hose reel I inadvertently used an address we had left a year ago. I immediately sent an email with our correct address and asked Hoselink to confirm they had received it. No response at all so next morning I rang. The person I spoke to ummed and aahed but in the end so don't worry, we will do something. I then watched the package merrily proceed across Australia. In the end we decided it would be easier to drive the 220 kms there and back and pick up the hose reel as who knows what would happen with the lack of communication there had been from Hoselink. The email I sent has never been acknowledged.
