I am a great admirer of Hoselink over many years. I had a plastic part fail on the hose retriever of my oldest Hoselink and I was delighted that Hoselink would send the relevant part to me as a Special Order, free of charge. I have not had a chance to install it as yet, due to extended travels away from home, but the willingness of this company to assist their established customers is a rare attribute these days. I am very confident that if I have any difficulty in the repair process Hoselink will assist, such is their past history. A truly great Aiustralian company. Well done Tim et al.
