I’ve found all products to be of good quality apart from the plastic shower head that has the thumb control.The U shaped lever has cracked and no longer works.As a result I’ve gone back to alloy shower head.If you could send a replacement part it would be much appreciated.Ive found all of your other products 1st class & have recommended to friends & family.Regards,Martin Webb
