Had one of our Hoselink hoses that was quite old get caught up so it wouldn't release from the unit when pulled. I tried unsuccessfully to dismantke the unit but was told if I sent it back Reply Paid to Hoselink with a one off $30 fee it would be fixed and returned or replaced with another second hand unit. True to their word the hose was fixed and sent back to me with no additional charges. Amazing ! What an incredible Australian company ! Would recommend Hoselink to anyone wanting to purchase a reliable and sturdy garden hose. Many thanks !
