i love not getting tangled up and having the hose kink and shut off the supply. I also like that my new hose reel winds back in , no more fighting to untwist the kinks and wrap it around the hose stand... It is long enough to do my whole yard without squashing my garden or lobbing over the fence.. no more boiling water on hot days and having to wait for it to drain before watering and washing the dog.
