Hi, I have been using Hoselink products for some years now and have had some good and some not so good experiences. My 30m hose reel is very good and works beautifully. My 20m hose reel is good but does not retract as well as the 30m. The Super Jet washer was great until it broke. It snapped off at the neck leaving the female thread with the broken piece in it. I have been using the 8 pattern spray gun which has just malfunctioned with water spraying out from the side of the water volume controller. I have also had the 7 pattern spray gun with the metal components which I don't use anymore because the water flow will not cut off completely anymore.
