What a wonderful company! I recently broke my hose connector and rang the company to order a new one. Not only was there a REAL person to talk to, but she immediately dispatched a new connector which I received 3 days later also and sent me a video on how to reconnect the new one. Fantastic service. Can’t recommend them more highly.
