I have used several hose reels over my 45 years of gardening and found the Hoselink hose reel the only one to survive more than a few years. I've now had the hoselink reel and 20m hose assembly for over 6 years, purchased in 2018. Ive bought spare parts for the flow regulator and more recently had them replaced for free (plus postage). I cant fault the service I've received.
