I have Hoselink all over ny gardens and lawns. Love the stuff.
Recently I purchased a pair of new flow-control connectors but ordered the wrong size (12mm instead of 14mm).
I asked if I could return the 12mm and get the 14mm.
Hoselink simply sent me the 14mm products at no cost.
They did not even ask me to return the 12mm connectors.
So, I'll give them to my 12mm neighbour.
Great service from a great company with a wonderful product.
If only more companies were like Hoselink.
