Been a long time user of Hoselink gear, and whilst I appreciate that everyone's experience is different, my experience has been great. My broken hand held item was 2 months outside of warranty, however I covered the cost of shipping and they presented me with a new/replacement free of charge. I was very pleased with that, and would hope this experience is representative of like experiences.
