I am very disappointed, after having my first Evolution replaced, due to leakage problems within the unit, to find out this morning that this is a known problem. 1- If I was aware of this in the beginning, I would not have purchased the unit. 2- when I contacted Hoselink to report the pressure leakage issue, instead of Hoselink replacing the unit and me having to wait 30-45 minutes in line at Australia post to return the first unit, I should have been advised of the leakage problem, rather than going through the same experience twice, and still having a leaking product. The telephanists I spoke to have both been extremely polite and pleasant, but the problem remains, and I am left waiting for an unknown period of time for a replacement. The unit, for a person of my financial position, has taken a very long time to consider buying, as I don't really have that sort of money to spend, however when I have spent what I consider to be a large amount of my money on this item, I expect to have no issues. It is unacceptable to sell a product, at such a cost, knowing it to be faulty. I believe it should be removed from the market place until the problem has been successfully resolved. Possibly one of the reasons you haven't had more customer advices/complaints for this item, could be that many customers aren't impacted by the leaking unit, ie the unit has garden or concrete below it, not wooden shelves, as is my case. I believe the concept of the unit is great, however it should have been engineered properly, and stress tested before being released onto the market. Regards Max Sutton.
