We purchased the Classic 20m Retractable Hose Reel in Charcoal several weeks ago. The deilvery was quick and fuss free and was accompanied by several support emails with videos to explain installation and use. It was pretty quick to install using the instructions (printed and video) and sits well on the wall, with full 180degree swivel. Operation was easy and the waterflow and spray options are great. It's a quality product I would highly recomend.
