The hose reel works very smoothly and easily. The hose retracts neatly and controlled. We purchased the 30m Revolve in charcoal. I connected the inlet to a 20mm tap to try and give the hose as much water volume as possible. We are very happy with the quality and apprearance of the product. Well done Hoselink
