Ordered a new hosereel evolve, arrived quickly. I had a previouse version so was easy to set up, unfortunately it didnt lock the hose correctly. One 2 min phone call to Hoselink, no disputes just we will send a new one and a return label to send the old one back.........simple no fuss. New one arrived all good!
