Initially put off by the price, but after a few cheep units didn't last, I thought I'd give them a try. The unit arrived, but had an internal leak. I contacted them and they sent a new unit out without question or fuss. Really happy with it. Sping is strong enough to pull the hose in, but doesn't try to rip your arm off. Being able to turn the water off at the hose end is really useful. Still getting used to the connectors, but the are positive and leak free.
