Don't have your call centre lady tell me that a product that is out of stock will be in stock within 2 working days, then I wait 10 working days and it still isn't in stock, and then when I call a second time have a call centre lady tell me is will not be in stock with enough time for it to ship before Christmas (it was meant to be a present for my mother), so I purchase a gift card so that she can purchase it later, and then 2 days later the product is available.
