First of all, Hoselink products are so good that they engineering the products in such a way you can feel it genuine and top product. Secondly, staff are very professional and even I had to return the faulty product they didn't question it in depth and send a new one before I returned the faulty one. I think customer satisfaction is what they focus on. I recently had bought a retractable hose reel and a sprinkler. The pipe is very soft and doesnt break while bending. The colour tone and aesthetics of the products are appealing to the eyes.
