I've taken one star off for one crucial reason. There's no method to lock the entire hosereal to your wall. Especially when its mounted out the front of one's home.
I'm also having to develop a shade cloth cover for mine, as I can't see the plastic lasting more than five summers in 40° heat. Be nice if hoselink had some custom covers to disguise and protect when not in use.
