The hoses arrived very quickly and were packaged very safely. Installation into a brick wall was easy with the additional tools provided and the online support tutorials. Hoses work very well and the pressure is great. We wish the new covers were outalready for the new model as we want to protect them from elements the start.
Our 30meter hose arrived with a broken part, however a replacement was already provided so we were able to fix quickly, but now we dont have that spare part. They are really cheap to order on the website though so its not a big deal.
