Received a new hosereel (the 4th one for our property) and it was sadly faulty out of the box. The return/ replacement process was very easy and hassle free and the new one is perfect.
Judging a company by how they deal with problems is in my view the best way as anyone can deal with “easy” but not every company can deal with “ issues”
I would recommend the hoselink products any day ( otherwise we wouldn’t have gone back and purchased so many over the years)
