I think these products are fantastic. I did a load of research when looking for a retractable hose and there was a lot to like about Hoselink. What I didn't realise was the products aren't compatible with the standardised connectors. I know this is my fault for not realising before I bought. It means you then have to buy a heap of adaptors. The issue I have is that HoseLink is, for the most of the country, only available online. So an adaptor set, while reasonably priced itself, ends up being double the cost when you factor in shipping. I think charging for shipping, when there's no alternative way of purchasing a necessary product, is a hard pill to swallow. As I said, the products are great but I hate getting stung for shipping.
