Recently I ordered some covers for both my hoses. Without giving it much thought I ordered, but dit not order the correct size. I was pleasantly surprised after speaking to the operater, that looked after me that they would be send me the correct size without any charge with the exception of postage.
This is rare occurrence, and I have been telling all of my friends of the good service.
