Thank you to hoselink warranty department. i bought my 30m reel about 5 years ago and from day one i thought the flow was not as good as it should be. But we did have local water pipe blockages, so i put up with it to long.
one day i decided to pull apart the fluid adjusment control and found it onl opening half way. I call hoselink and they said that it should not be like that, so immediately they organised a new connector to be deliver free of charge. Thank You HOSELINK.
