Our original hose link hose and reel is fantastic, we have since purchased a second one (the black version) which is rubbish, has never retracted properly and I have to fight with it each time is use it.
The accessories for the hoses are great though, it’s just a shame the quality of the hose reels has decreased as your business has succeeded.
