Two weeks have passed since we have received the product and despite repeated follow ups, our calls for someone to come and install it has been completely ignored!
As it stands, your product is a nonfunctional p. of s.
I have not added a review on Google yet but I will, very soon.
Our preferred course of action right now is a full refund!
