We've used Hoselink products in the past, so when I researched purchasing a retractable 30m hose for our present home, checking out all the reviews of many different brands and price differences between them, I discovered that only one other brand (an expensive one, simliar cost to the classic hoselink model), was the only one with somewhat reasonably happy customers - compared with hoselinks very happy customers. I figured the extra $30 for the newer Evolve model was a good investment in the long run, with the explained improvements over the Classic model too. We are very happy with the new retractable hose reel.
