Service can only be described as excellent. We needed a part for a retractable hose that we bought years ago. Hoselink were easy to deal with and replaced the part efficiently and at no cost. It should be noted that the original part was not faulty but rather met its demise when one of dogs was teething. Thank you to the Hoselink team.
