With a small issue on our evolve hose reel, I contacted hoselink and your reply was quick and my issue was resolved with you sending me a new reel.
These are not the first Hoselink products I have purchased but being in a new house bought all new hoses and reels.
Could not be happier with the quality and service of your hoses, reels and accessories.
