When my order was incomplete, I waited several days for communication from Hoselink. When none was forthcoming, I contacted them and found that it was a genuine mistake, not just a matter of separate shipping, The missing items were promptly forwarded and then I could go ahead and use my mini hosereel. It works just as I had hoped. neat and tidy and very convenient.
